Policies & Experience Overview

Communication & Correspondence
To ensure clarity and seamless coordination, all communication is conducted via email. This allows every detail of your experience to be clearly documented. Timely responses are a priority, and every message is handled with care and attention.

Booking, Retainers & Scheduling
A 50% retainer is required to secure your session date and time. This retainer reserves the availability exclusively for you and allows for creative planning and preparation in advance of your shoot. Retainers are non-refundable.

Image Capture & File Delivery
All sessions are captured in RAW format to preserve the highest level of detail. RAW files are not released. Clients receive a thoughtfully curated selection of expertly retouched, high-resolution JPEG images, refined to the highest professional standard and delivered ready for elegant printing.

Creative Approach & Editing
My editing approach is clean, intentional, and rooted in timeless elegance, with a focus on natural beauty, refined tones. Each image is carefully enhanced to maintain authenticity while achieving a polished, sophisticated finish. When appropriate, subtle retouching—such as the removal of minor background distractions—is applied with discretion to preserve the integrity of the moment. Only the final, fully edited images are delivered, thoughtfully curated to reflect the strongest moments and the overall narrative of your session.

Turnaround Time
Final edited images are typically delivered within 7–14 business days following the session date (excluding the day of the shoot). Weddings and large-scale events require extended post-production time due to the volume and detail involved.

Contracts & Investment Details
A comprehensive contract detailing all terms, usage rights, and professional expectations will be presented before your session. For added clarity and convenience, key investment details are also thoughtfully outlined within the pricing guide, ensuring complete transparency and a seamless planning experience.

Exclusive Buyout License
Please note: Short video and 5–10 additional photographs from the session may also be used by the photographer for professional marketing purposes, including social media, website, and promotional materials.
The Exclusive Buyout License grants full, unparalleled usage rights for a selected image. Upon acquisition, the image is permanently retired from all other licensing, ensuring it remains entirely yours and unavailable to other clients or third parties.
Investment: $100 (one-time fee).

Image Storage & Client Responsibility
Final images are securely stored for approximately 30 days after delivery. Clients are strongly encouraged to download and back up their images promptly to multiple devices or cloud-based storage. Long-term archival storage cannot be guaranteed.
